iDracula devs working on TD: Azgard Defence

Noticed the dev's of iDracula are working on porting their TD Azgard Defence to the iPhone. Has anyone played the non-iphone mobile version of this? How about the PC version?

Wondering how it is and what to expect.

In order to make a Tower Defense game stand out among the pack, there really need to bring an incredible level of production value and polish to compete with the likes of Fieldrunners/ 7 Cities.

The game sems kind of... blocky (which is a big problem with the look of most Tower Defense games. Also the little animation needs a upgrade.

If they put in as much work as they did with iDracula, I'm sure they're up to the task.

I played this TD game on the pocket pc. I have to say it is probably my favorite TD game so far. I was hoping it would make it to the iphone. On the Pocket PC it had 30 maps I think and was very challenging. This is great news to any TD fan.

TD is proving popular on iPhone, with good reason. This looks great, but I wonder what they'll do about the smaller resolution...

Best to wait on some official screenshots I think. :)

I'll admit that I'm not a big TD fan as it is, but I personally found this to be MoreGame's weakest game to date, especially visually. Unless they step it up a couple of notches, don't expect the awesome iCandy (sorry, couldn't resist) that's in iDracula. I wish they'd port Enslave. That was a really fun game.

Jailbreak it, and get an app called "Catagories" that lets you put a bunch of apps in folder(s) on the springboard.

There are so many TDs in the App Store now it's getting kind of old. This one seems to have some pretty nice graphics just like iDracula, but I'm kind of getting tired of all those TDs...not a must buy for me.

orions is the best trading card game (yah we need an update with more cards :D or more games like

idracula is very good action
and i hope azgard will be better than other TD and idracula 2 will be THE rpg game

Note the not fantastic graphics but a brilliant game.
I hvae played fieldrunners and find it quite a long way down my list of TDs, its a classic case of style over substance !

I've always liked Azgard Defence better than the TD games I played on the iPT. Unless they mess up the controls for the game on the iPlatforum, the rich content will already make the game recommendable.
