Help me!!

Okay, Houston, We have a BIG Problem. I was going to play Circuit Defenders lite, when my Ipod Touch 2g froze. It held at the game's loading screen. I pressed the sleep button for 10 secons, thinking that it will fix it. Instead, it gives me a blank screen. I think it is turned off, so I try to turn it on again, but nothing happens. Here is where it gets wierd. Just as a test, I press the volume buttons on the side, and although the screen is blank, I still get the volume icon even though I don't get a home or slide to unlock screen. I then plugged it into the computer, and Itunes read the device, but it still won't wake up! CAN ANYONE HELP ME OR GIVE ME ADVICE!!!???:confused::confused::confused:

is the screen black or white?

Well he said the screen went blank and he thought it was off, so I'm thinking it's black. ;)

But tbh, I have no idea, can't help you there. Phone up Apple Customer Service.

I'll Probably phone them later today and yell at them and ask them for a new one, as this is not the first time this ipod has had problems.
