Hi,

does anybody know how to get a refund on apps? and how nice are they with refunding? Will they refund it if you hate it, or it crashes, to many bugs?:confused: Or what reasons will they refund it?

go to your purchase history and then to the app you want a refund for, there should be something in the form of a link to ask for a refund.

Usually they only refund if you mistakenly bought the app. They will not refund all the time, and record it when you ask for a refund to ensure that people don't abuse the system or ask for refunds every week.

Kind of along the lines of freedog, they seem to consider your return a one-time deal so make sure it is something more than a $0.99 cheapie. This may not be a set in stone once only thing, but it can't happen very often.

They used to refund easily one year back but i think the guidelines are strict nowadays and unless you have a genuine reason for refund they wont do it.

There is a way but it's committing fraud. (I have done it :() But i promised to never do it again, and so far so good.

just succeeded in refunding NFS shift. they refunded me strangely with an extra 8 cents...
