If you have updated to iOS4, DO NOT download Winterboard, if you have, it's alright, just uninstall it, Winterboard has not been updated to 4.0 yet and will bring your iPod Touch/iPhone to Safe Mode. So if you're curious why you're iDevice is on safe mode, Winterboard may be one of the problems.
This doesn't cause any dangerous effects, it's just a note to warn others before they start deleting Cydia apps like crazy.
