Fun game! But it needs a calibration option so we don't need to hold our device completely horizontal. Also, I would like the entire game to auto-flip according to how we're holding it, instead of being locked into one position. I will write a review on iTunes today or tomorrow. :)

Oh, and it would also be fun if the gladiator I'm controlling can get one of those lassoes or whatever weapon the other enemy gladiators have.

Btw, I forgot to tell you about the spelling errors... At the page with the instructions just before the game starts, it should be "Touch to continue" and not "continues". Also, in the main menu, instead of "Abouts", it should be just "About".

Thanks again for the great game. I look forward to seeing more power-ups in the next update. Also, if you let us pick up weapons, it would be fun to shoot the enemies by tapping the screen. Some weapon suggestions: darts, spears, fireballs, and that same weapon the enemy gladiators have. With weapon additions, you can also add bigger, more fearsome enemies.

I played some last night and while fun I'd love to see more power-ups and find the difficulty ramping a little odd.

It seems like you're dealing with nothing but the rocks for quite a while and then EVERYTHING ELSE comes onto the scene within the next minute or so. I didn't time anything so it may all just be my distorted perception but I'd suggest bringing in the bulls come in much earlier (so it isn't just the balls for such a long time) and let us deal with them for a little bit longer before the laser troopers hit the arena.

I think Arena Arcade is an excellent little pick up and play game. I, like the last poster, would only suggest more power-ups:)

Thanks for the freebie sale! :) Fun pick up and play game! It has a very simple but very addictive goal- avoid the bad guys and pick up powerups. I really like the added element of being able to make enemies take each other out. It's a lot of fun to get one of them to chase you into the line of fire. :D I'm looking forward to the updates that have already been mentioned- more powerups, achievements, etc. I hope an option for calibration will also be added as someone else already suggested. Totally, luring a Bull into a Gladiator to see them take it out oneach other, rather than on you is really satisfying. It´s one of the highlights, giving the gameplay a perfect twist! :D

Oh, Mr.Slump, I don't know what to say but I am now getting bored with kind of Doodle Jumps. People are looking for something really simple and new. Arena Arcade is that one.

Only the calibration need (I think that we can wait for an update soon since it won't be a hard thing to do), more timely updates will make this game dominating the store may be.

A rating system is used in multiplayer games to show skill level. So let's say we both start out at 1000 rating. If I beat you I'd jump to 1050 and you'd fall to 950. Again I don't know how this game even operates but is what a rating system is :p
