I've tried looking around the internet but I'm still a little confused on the issue.
I just bought an iPhone 4 so I'm looking to sell my old 3gs on eBay. I know I can get more money out of it if its jailbroken and unlocked, but I'm not sure if this is possible.
My 3GS is has the older MB bootrom, and I had it jailbroken while I was using it on 3.1.2. I restored the phone to wipe all of my data off so I could sell it, and upgraded to 4.0 iOS in the process.
My question is: Can the 3GS be jailbroken and unlocked if its running iOS 4.0, and if so, what do I use to do this?
(BTW, I'm using a Windows computer)
