My Dev License will expire on August 27th of this year, and If I let it lapse
what will happen?
obviously I will not be able to publish any more apps, but will my apps be pulled from the store? accessible? will users still be able to download them?

will i have to go through the process again when and if I reapply

They'll most likely be pulled from the store.

It expires one day after my birthday :(
