When i apply new themes to my ipod it wont change my icons. Is there any way to fix this plz help

I put on the same theme as a friend and his icons changed so its something to do with my programming i just dont know what

Maybe he made custom icons?

Make sure that "Summerboard Mode" is ON. :)
