The penguins have climbed to the top of a castle made of ice and need your help to get down!

In PenguinZ HD, made for the iPad, you must smash ice blocks of the same color to help your friends get down. Tap ice blocks of the same color that are next to each other to make this happen.

Be careful though, as reckless abandon in choosing smashing ice can cause the penguins to get stuck.

There are old under-water mines stuck in some of the ice blocks that can help you smash large sections of ice. Tap them when next to each other to cause a huge explosion!

There are seven colors total if you make it past level 20. The # of colors increases as you complete levels.

The mines blow up a large area, put two together for a very large explosion.

There are coins and other bonus point items.

The multi-color blocks can be used to match to anything.

Does on click on Coins individually or are they only cleared by dropping to the bottom or when adjacent to a cleared group?

I'm assuming the player gets endless continues to make their way through the 20 levels without fear of their score being reset?

P.S. You need to patent the ending Capital Z there, man!

You click on the coins or bonus items to remove them. They do not have to be on the bottom row. :)

You do not get endless continues as part of the challenge is getting further in the game rounds. There is a timer at the bottom that will run out if you stop destroying ice blocks for too long (or too slowly.)

So you can restart failed attempts at a level only as many times as you still have time on the time bar?

It auto-restarts the level after a stalemate until the time runs out. You get a penalty for stalemates as well to discourage from just randomly clicking.

The amount of time (and score) you get is also determined by how many blocks you clear at once; therefore, it's better to plan and click where you will get big scores (and time).

To everyone that has purchased it so far, I released a 1.1 update that includes a memory leak fix. You won't run into it until later levels but it may show up. Hopefully Apple will approve it soon.
