My Linksys WRT54G2 gets poor signal when I am more than 200 feet away from the router so I am looking to buy a new wireless N router. I have been looking at the D-Link DIR-655 http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=530 and the Netgear WNR3500L http://www.netgear.com/Products/WirelessRouter/WirelessRoutersforWorkandPlay/WNR3500L.aspx Which router would you recommend? Feel free to leave other router suggestions. Thanks.

Linksys WRT610N. I've never cared for NetGear or D-Link. Can't stand SMC. So I stick with Linksys. But my 610 has worked like a champ. If you really need greater range, buy an extender or repeater.

I don't like NetGear or D-Link either. Buffalo used to make good routers until they were legally forced to abandon the router market. Personally, I have a router from TP-Link and I can't get a strong signal from anywhere.

I'm gonna have to vouch for the D-link. I have the 4500 gaming router myself and it works great. I used it to replace my old linksys which was horrible.
