Here is a quick Rogers Wireless carrier logo replacement:

The 2 png files go in your /User/Library/Carrier Bundle.bundle folder.

Backup the originals!

If you have an iphone4, add @2x before the .png (eg. FSO_CARRIER_ROGERS@2x.png)

On my iPhone 4, it will only load them with their original names, and they look huge compared to the ones in the screenshot. When I add @2x before the .png, it reverts to the text based logo. I am wondering why this is.

You're on Rogers, and the files are in the right place?
They need the @2x.png for iPhone 4.
Check the permissions on the files after you copy them over. Make them like the other pngs in the folder.

How do I do this without having to SSH? I downloaded the Rogers carrier from Cydia and installed it via Winterboard but it didnt work, I used to have it with iOS3 but with iOS4 it doesnt work, I have the iphone 4 as well.

I've had similar problems, none of my status bar mods are showing up and badge mods aren't showing up either. Hopefully a fix will be released soon.

The names of the images have changed for iphone4.
They end in @2x.png to indicate they are high rez.
You have to rename images until theme designers release iphone4-specific themes.

Use my carrier logo, it's iphone4-ready.
