Tonefx question - changing iphone sounds

Tonefx, a cydia app that let's you change a variety of your tones (incoming mail, text, etc.) doesn't work with itunes 9.2. There is a workaround on their site, but if you jailbreak with jailbreakme, I don't see how to access folders on your iphone. Is there a way to do this through cydia or your pc? Or can someone suggest a different program to change these tones? Thanks!

Is there a similar workaround for the Mac application? It has the same problems, but I don't know where to look for the file, and I couldn't find it in a search.
