Best apps for use with iPad?

So I'm on a business trip and bored, so figured jail breaking the iPad might bring some excitement.

First, if I go to jailbreak me.com, will I need access to iTunes, or a computer for anything?(I just backed up before I left, so I won't lose anything if I need to restore at some point). I dont want a useless iPad while I'm gone though.

Second, my favorite apps on iPhone were SB settings and Categories, but I only have a 16 Gb iPad and between app sizes, and movies, Categories is really not needed. SBsettings could be ok, but I don't have the same needs as the phone.

Is there an app to put more apps on 1 page?

What are peoples favorite for the iPad?

I use sbsettings a lot. I've found with the iPad I have to adjust the screen brightness a lot more than than my old iPhone.

Catogries I found I didn't use it as much as the iPhone, I have one category now with 5 apps in it.

Others I use are full force, btmouse stack, snes HD, winter board and activator.
