Yay lots of geckos (sarcasm). The screen shots are new. The 'in progress' notice is gone, so it might be close to being released! Can't wait!

The menu doesn't look as great as the other screenshot. Hope this game would be better than Shooter though.
Also, it would be nice if you can make reference to the source (Pocketgamer?)

Alright, noted. Will edit my first post after I find it again.

I sure hope the controls are more than tap to target/tap to shoot. With Time Crisis, it was fun for a little while, but not much after that.

I've been ranting about this game for some time.
Yet, I still can't get over the fact that Konami had to come up with this.
(Just shows the amount of disappointment I am having over a game that showed so much potential on other mobile platforms)
Perhaps a fun duck hunt like game, but not the MGS I know Konami has proven to be more than capable of producing.
Forget the glorious MGS Mobile on the ngage, even the first MGS released on the PS1 would have been much better.
They should have just included two gameplay modes if they were really concerned about people not willing to play full scale games on a phone.
The first being a quick play mode that could be this duck hunt clone.
Then the normal play mode, which is what the MGS for the iPhone should have been!
Disappointed to find out this game plays less than Shooter and more like Time Crisis.

The graphics seem to be poor 2D renderings. On the screenshot this might look good, but it's no 3D!

Yeah this game might suck but --it can end well. If this game does well and makes enough money --- we might see a better game from Konami in the future. The devs will have had practice with the SDK and if they make a new game it will probably be more advanced. So this is their first entry and we might get a new one if it all works out. Mabey they are testing the water to see what kind of gaming platform this is! FINGERS CROSSED

Time Crisis in MGS clothing...I hope this doesn't end up being the ad slogan
