Jailbreak iPod Touch 3G

Hey all,

Any info on whether or not there is a jailbreak for the ipod touch 3g out? I'm on 4.0.2 which, I believe, is not jailbreakable at the moment.

Does anyone know of a jailbreak for this firmware or the new 4.1 firmware?

BTW I didn't save the SSH files or whatever they are so I can't downgrade

Since you can't downgrade you have to wait for the 4.1 jailbreak to be released.

Your best bet would be upgrading to 4.1 and waiting for the greenposi0n jailbreak. After this jailbreak which exploits the iPod/iPhone's bootroom, you don't need to jailbreak ever again, and no update can patch it up.
