Can you install Itunes on Ipad after jailbreaking?

Just wondering if the Ipad can actually be a viable replacement for a laptop since I'm looking to purchase a laptop or Ipad (my laptop was stolen last month)

Can the ipad be jailbroken to use itunes on it?

Nope, an iPad is more like an iPod Touch/iPhone; it can't replace a computer.

My iPod Touch has not replaced my PC, but with near-instant access to email and web in my pocket, I don't turn my computer on nearly as much as I used to...

The iPad is a VERY closed system, which I'd call it's biggest downfall. It will be interesting to see what the jailbreak community will do with the Camera Kit (which adds the USB port the iPad probably should have had to begin with...)
