What is Leaf Theme 09?

Nearly everything I download through Cydia updates or installs something to do with Leaf Theme 09. I have no clue what it is, or why it is doing this. I haven't seen any problems, but still, it is annoying having to sit there when it is installing, waiting to shoot down a popup about this having to edit something to do with Leaf Theme 09. Does any one know what this is?
