lol.

I just LOVED building houses on the old games. But online multi-player on the iphone/ipod would be really fun with this game.

Reminds me of some PC Massive Multiplayer online games.......Some charge per month, while others are free......BUT if you want cool stuff ingame, you have to pay for your items. :confused:

You aren't required to pay for in-game content. Get over it. We haven't even seen the demo or anything.

Do you have to pay for extra items (Stuff) (http://eastore.ea.com/store/eaemea/en_GB/Content/pbPage.ps_sims_category_en_UK/Currency.GBP&pgm=13825300) in the Sims 2? Do you still have plenty of items in the game anyway? Think about it.

I for one don't really mind the in game downloadable content. Seems like a good idea to me if I can get more levels for games that I like and reward the developer for it.

You don't have to pay for the downloadable content if you don't want to.

I'm also looking forward to The Sims 3.

I cant wait for this game but i am shocked to see what I read about this game. So do we have to pay a monthly charge now for the iphone/itouch games. What is is this talk about in-game charges for items. What happened with just buying the game and get everything else free.

You guys! im pretty sure the in game buying is just an option! like you can use money to buy stuff quicker or just save up simolians in the game.

This game looks BLOOP! right down the drain. In-game purchases for shelves and a radio?!@@??!?? I mean come on, you pay a dollar for something that could be spent on another game. Doesn't even look interesting to me at all.

The ingame purchasing is for people who cannot wait for their sim to get simoleans to purchase things. For those who don't want to use real money, you just wait for enough simoleans.
I hope there are cheats in this version. It was so much fun to spam the rosebud cheat and then build mega houses! :D

yes! that cheat was great! hope they have it also.
and I hope they don't try to delay this seven times like a certain racing game that I have now lost interest in.

lol EA has promised us, like, every game imaginable, but they still have yet to deliver a single one. I like the slightly nimbler devs like gameloft and chillingo and ngmoco and iugo etc, EA is just horribly slow(although they do have good games).

EA has maybe 3 good games. Tetris, Sim City, and Monopoly. Spore was just disappointing and the other ones don't even count. They've promised us NFS, The Sims, Madden NFL, Command and Conquer, Tiger Woods, and all these other games. The question is when will they come out? Will they come out this summer or the summer of 2010?

SLOW..SLOW....AND EVEN SLOWER.
