Online support: Up to four iPhones / iPod Touches on the same WiFi network can now play iShoot together.

Music: iShoot now features professionally-composed background music.

Rule Editor: Edit the game’s rules, such as how much health the tanks have, how much money you receive per round, and which landscapes are enabled.

Weapon Editor: Part of the Rule Editor, the Weapon Editor allows you to create, edit, and delete weapons. You can simply remove weapons you don’t like, tweak the damage and price of existing weapons, and create brand new weapons from scratch. How about a cluster bomb of Tactical Nukes, or a rapid-fire U238 Penetrator machine gun?

iShoot Remixed: A brand new ruleset with many new weapons, designed to show off the power of the Rule Editor and give you a sense of what is possible now.

“Random” Weapons: A new basic type of weapon for use in the Weapon Editor, “Random” selects one of a number of different weapons when fired. Random weapons are featured heavily in the iShoot Remixed ruleset, giving rise to weapons such as the Jackpot, which might just be a dud… or it might pack the same punch as a World Annihilator. A tamer application of Random is the Disco Bomb, which creates many different colored explosions. Mayhem has never before been so pretty!

Skylance: The basic weapon type used to create the “Great Wall” you all know and loathe :-). Turn off the “Create Dirt” option, and you get a vertical bar of energy which slices through the landscape and leaves tanks at the bottom of a giant hole.

And, of course, lots and lots of minor changes and fixes.

That literally takes 10 secs if you know what you're doing. Just fill a cluster bomb with a bunch of skylances and set the damage to 1000. You will destroy the playfield and any tank that happens to be there.

Creativity is where it shines. I set skylance damage to zero and a special roller ball to 1000 and set the blast radius to 25 (the max). Skylance puts you at the bottom of a pit and on the next turn I fire the roller that destroys the tank in the pit and sinks the surrounding land.

I suggested dual submunitions but this build was too close to completion before I thought of it =( I would've called it the "Hole in One"

Personally, I was thinking of replacing the ammo fired by a Doombringer with something else (shiva bomb!!!) and firing it REALLY high so it explodes over the entire field!

This update seems to be of interest because of that Wifi multiplayer and the editor. From the video, I can see that this update seems to be very significant in the development of this game.

has anyone experienced wierd glitches where you have a ton of huge missles(like planet buster) and they all hit and do no damage at all? sometimes they just disappear??? and it now crashes a lot when u have a lot of stuff going on. it crashed like 3 times in the last 5 minutes, so im rebooting my ipod no as we speak.

here are some of my favorites

mega laser: shoots tons and tons of skylance lasers that destroy anything they touch. they have an angle variance of 180 so they often hit u instead, but very VERY powerful

superduper roller: shoots out a missle that, when it hits the ground, explodes. some turn to rollers and some to to missles that turn into rollers. very often kills both of u but it is very fun.

explosion of hell: uses about 200 hellfire missiles with a maximum blast radius. very fun.

super great wall: a machine gun weapon that shoots out great walls.

vulcan shiva: well, instead of the full shiva, i just used the single bomb. but it is vulcan so it does TONS of damage

super shell: a maximum blast radius of 10000 damage of the nuke. instant death

dirt nuke. u start off with 100 so i created a dirt nuke that does 99 damage and coveres u in dirt just so i see them kill themselves with something else

since u still have only 100 health, i called this set of rules "cheap edition"
almost no way to survive. u start out with more money and u get more money when u win and u get more money for every hit u manage to get.

I have this glitch where when I shoot my gun with all the destruction and everything set to the highest it can be( I like to call it my BFG :D) and I shoot it in the Test Weapon thing, the screen turns white and when I press "Menu" nothing happens. Anyone else have this problem?

well i have something similar happen: if u use a machine gun or a blast thing and the ammunition is grand slam or doombringer, the ammo disappears before it touches anythign, and if it does touch something, the ammo disappears. then the app freezes up and sometimes crashes to the home menu. happened about 3 times..no 4

yeah that sometimes happens when u put too much submunition.
also, when i tried using 20 planet busters as a cluster bomb, the screen remained white, and later crashed after 1 minute.

it happens a lot to me. well not the exact weapons but if i use, say a ground burst of doombringers or grandslams, the bullets just disappear in midair. if they somehow manage to hit the ground, they disappear without any exploding sounds. also i used a ground burst of skylances and everytime i use it, the game freezes and i have to quit to the game menu. eventually, after it happened like 5 tiems, the game just crashed. funny...ishoot is the first game that ever crashed on my ipod and it is also the most frequent. also still the only one that crashes, besides trying glitches in pocket god:D

yeah it is just the setup screen when u choose characters, but its disabled so it just flashes and then disappears

i had to make everyone have 550 life because the weapons are so powerful
20,000 to start off
5000 more each round
greatest weapons on earth
one is called a jesus nose, whereas it is the hand of god in a machine gun
then i created a flare but with 100 submittions then added it as a machine gun
i got rid of the mini motar and made one called the matrix which came for free now
improved the dirt ball so it does just the right amount of damage and dirt
exactvator became super excavator
really awesome
and i gave all the weapons cool names to.........

what would make this cool if your level pack had a code and others could download it

here's how i made it though or something similar to it: get a ground burst that sends off ground bursts of mega morters. set the number of submunitions to maximum and it should destroy the whole thing half the time, and most of the thing the other half. of course u usually kill urself in the process. u should try it
