I love a good name calling as much as the next Dapper Gentleman, but we're all civilized gents and gentettes here.

Let's all not get so caught up in our own dapperness that we fail to see the finely shined and conservatively tipped top hat of another or fail to admire the austere beauty of someone else's modestly shimmering gold chain softly leading the eye to their very humble solid gold pocket watch or even fail to acknowledge that, although they are of a disagreeable disposition, their strut is comparable to only that of a king made heavy by his thick robes and many deserved amulets and other such garnishes and embellishments.

I just have something against the developer and the BB games. The games aren't good in my opinion (I can provide reasons, but again, this is my opinion so this shouldn't be the prominent factor), but the bigger issue is how the developer sells the game. It doesn't help that when viewing this forum from my iTouch, I will frequently accidentally click the advertisements on the top, and more times than not it's too some damned BB game. Pretty much, a huge mixture of factors just make me hate the franchise and everything to do around it.

That's why I will tend to make some bad posts without thinking, because I seriously do not like BB at all. Obviously I tried to temper my meaning in the original thread but I guess that didn't work either. Yet again, I'm sorry but hopefully my explanation puts this to rest.

Obviously the ads are a silly reason why, but it just fuels the fire when I keep clicking something that sends me to the App Store for a game that is not good. I appreciate that you want to listen to my criticism to make your game better though, here's a quick breakdown of why I didn't like the series:

- Has poor humor in the game, in the advertising, everywhere (and this isn't the poor humor where you can force yourself to chuckle a bit...it's poor humor to the point where it's flat out annoying). Especially when getting through the cutscenes, with the gameplay already being boring, it made playing the game even more of a chore when I kept getting interrupted with those dumb cutscenes.
- Bear with me on this one. You guys have quite a few BB games so I don't remember which one is which, so I have to do some improvisation. Anyways, the gameplay in the first BB I played was absolutely unbearable. The entire premise of the game was that you are a bear behind a pile of sandbags shooting enemies. Get new weapons, upgrade them, and that was it. A new BB then came out where you could actually move your character around. There was a ton of great feedback for the game, saying how fun it was and how much better it was compared to the previous one where all you do is just stand and shoot. So I took the bait, and was not impressed. There was nothing unique about the game though; it was just a typical shooter. But to me, instead of making the genre better, the game actually made it worse because of the (guess what?) dumb humor in the game. After that, I just quit playing BB and stopped following updates/new releases from you guys.
- Well, the previous bullet (well, more of a dash) summarized a couple of things I could go on into more detail, but this should give you an idea

To close, let's look at this fundamentally. If you're going to make a game of a popular genre, you're going to try to make it new and unique so it stands out. What you guys did to make your shooter stand out was make it look cute, add in your unique humor, and call it a great game. Unfortunately, for me, the unique points to this game are things I do not like. Making violence cute isn't for me. So if the positives of the game are negatives for consumers like me, obviously the game won't be good.

One last thing, again, while I really don't like the diction of your responses, I at least applause your always positive attitude. I started out with an unnecessary joke in response to your challenge of "You don't want to be the chump who doesn't have the app that's hotter than ANGRY BIRDS, do you?*", and even tried to make it not sound like a put-down of your game, but after gekkota got into the mix, now it DID turn into me laying out the basics of why I don't like the game. With this thread in the sub-forum specifically made for advertising games, I really feel bad that I had to post this :(
