Where is Saucelifter ?

I was very excited when I saw Blakes post about Saucelifter (http://toucharcade.com/2009/03/12/choplifter-fans-rejoice-saucelifter-heads-to-the-app-store/) and have been waiting for its release for a while now. I am just wondering does anyone know anything about it or is it just apple taking their time to approve it.

Saucelifter has already been approved for the App store, but I'm still waiting on the rubber stamp from Apple's legal department. I'm sorry it's taking so long. :(

Anyway, I'm making the best of this grueling wait period by working on lots of cool stuff for the next update.
