I've been looking at JB photos and I;m amazed at the cool themes, I;m wondering could this possibly brick my ipod with the errors list it shows? And if it does can I fix it? And I know its illegal and voids your warrenty. Byt my main concern is bricking it.

No Brickng at all. If you dont like it or it doesnt work, you just hit "Restore" and it will become normal again.

Ahhh, there is some possibility of that.
I have tried to JB my device three times now.
One teathered, two unteathered.
On all three attempts I have got error codes during restore process.
I have not missed any steps and am not a total goof with computers.
On all of these times i have got quite a scare, but with persistant efforts and have been able to restore trying a random number of things within a few days.
I want to jailbreak, but am a little gunshy now.
Maybe ill wait for quickpwn?

Jailbreaking isn't illegal as of now.

Jailbreaking isn't illegal as of now.
It never will be either. Apple can in no way win that, unless the Dev Team finds a way to unlock the iPhone without jailbreaking. Then it may be a possibility. But the DCMA doesn't protect any of that. A new law may have to be made to protect these things. Plus, it isn't the government's place to stop people from jailbreaking. From using cracked apps, maybe. But even then, it is mostly Apple's responsibility.
