I have just created a new itunes account and want to know if there is anyway to transfer all the apps from my old account to my new account.

just keep two accounts - all that matters is that the apps are in the itunes library. if you made a new account because of credit card stuff, it won't matter for the old account, as all you will need it for is updating apps. Your ipod can have apps from multiple accounts, it just isn't supposed to be connected to multiple libraries.
