It's obviously an April Fool's joke...they most likley havent even started full time development, plus Paul said they wanted to use some of the features in 3.0, so there is no way it has been submitted...

Its either an april fools joke, or, Paul was exhausted because of his baby daughter, and he meant to type Car Jack Streets.
