Does anyone know the name of the app from Cydia that combines the movies and music into one icon like the iPhone has.

It's called MobileMusicPlayer Flip. Look under "Tweaks" and it should be in there :)

You can do it manually. It's in a PLIST in Springboard.app. That's how I do mine, since MMPF has been known to cause issues.

to find it, in the homepage of cydia go to more sources, right above the green 2.2.1 text, then get SOSiphone. after that, search it and it should be there. Respring and there you go!

May I ask you what theme that is?
something I put together for my ipod
consisting of:
FiveIrows
iGlass Sol UIimages
iGlass Sol folders
Transparent spring dots(edited iGlass Sol's)
Dock from myglass sol
My custom red Cydia(sure there's plenty though)
My custom strings

There is only one edited icon and that is cydia.
