Looking to form a Team

TechPad Productions, the company behind iNetMania (Now a new and noteworthy app) is looking to form a team to work on a few projects.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and talented programmers and 2D/3D artists.

I will be straight up, we do not have capital to fund the development, so we are looking for people that are looking to gain experience and exposure as well as a percentage on the sales.

We are handling the PR/Marketing as well as will be involved in the productions side of creating functional specs.

The edge that we have is that we have connections in the game industry and can make things happen. For instance getting big name voice talent as well as getting placements in the App store.

The projects we have currently are:
1. A FaceBook Photo type Application
2. A BlueTooth Application
3. A Bowling type of game
4. Some undisclosed games

We are looking to build a good core team of people to work on a variety of projects. I feel it is important that you like the people you work with and love the project you are on. So we have 4 projects slated so far and will be working with the team to build fun projects that we all like in the future :)

As far as 2D goes, mainly textures, buttons, UI elements, can you PM me examples of your work?

I would but I'm not a team guy. I work with one project a time; and balance it with my regular real life. So I might be available for the first project but not for the second. That's why I don't want to join a team.

Yea, we have found a great artist, a great sound person and are in the process of signing some big game name voice talent. Now we just need a programmer :)
