itouch wont turn on??

so i have had a jb itouch 2g since quickfreedom came out

it has worked great
until today
i just updated logome (customizes boot logo) because it hasn't worked in the past and i really want to change the logo

so i go through the process
and i am not sure if it is done loading but there is no more status bar.
i then get out of logome
turn of my itouch
and when i try to turn it on about 10 seconds later it wont turn on!!

i said whatever and tried a minute later and it still doesn't work!!!

i tried to plug it into my computer and it says the "device has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it"

please tell me i am not totally effed in the a

i also just updated sbsettings and cydia
but those have always worked for me so i thought it would have to be logome

He already tried to connect it to the computer. Can you try putting it into DFU mode again?

Hold the home + power buttons for a while. Maybe it will turn on.

And the computer doesn't recognize it as nothing? Not even a camera? Can iTunes find it?

I had this same problem took me 2 hours to fix it!!! First plug ur ipod into computer hold power and home for 10 seconds then hold home for 10 secs after. Ur computer should say ur ipod is in recovery mode. Download this http://www.filesend.net/download.php?%20f=13c1a6c9beebac365a06fcd60e154e6a open it up and run the .exe. Go thru the steps it will act like it re jailbreaking ur ipod. Wait till its done. Ur boot logo will be the original apple logo but all ur stuff will be there
