FAQ:
Is documentation be provided?
Visit youtube.com/Frezkee for an installation video. The README also contains instructions.
Will there be a version for the iphone?
Yes. I will be releasing it as soon as I finish.
Do the arrows work?
Only in landscape. Next version will have arrows working in both views.
When is the most recent version?
1.0
Are credits given?
README includes all credits. Anything not given credits for was created by ME in photoshop.
What happens if I want to add an icon?
You will have to do it yourself. A template .psd is provided for making more icons in both views.

I'm only sharing a theme I made with the forum. And sorry to get your hopes ruined but I don't think apple would care...

@yourofl10: Its up to you. What do you consider a priority when using your device? Most people jailbreak to have more freedom on customizing. The number one reason. With the 3.0sdk, jailbreaking has become less important but it is up to the user's preferences as each person has their own reason.

Ha! Well, Apple would do nothing about it, Jailbreaking is 100% Legal, and making themes is as legal as jailbreaking.

It's almost impossible to brick your iPod. I've done this like a thousand times already and never have I ever bricked. And I followed your video and it's working like a charm :) Thanks for the theme, it's beautiful.

Yeah, true "Bricking" is near nigh impossible, at worst you just have to restore the Firmware.
