I sort of like the "and it's up to you to make sure it happens!", but I guess it's fine without it. In the first sentence, I think "obtained" is better than "gained", personally.
Video is AWESOME! There is a little glitch when he squirts the liquid from the pipette about 20 seconds in, but that's just a minor complaint.

Your sentence should probably be something like "The bigger the bubble, the more energy stored - harvest the energy of the biggest bubbles to earn the most points!

Sounds good. But i dont like the first sentence, its not really about research, more about getting energy/points through the bubble merging. Also i would like to have it in it somehow that its controlled directly with the finger and you have to push the bubbles with it. I think that isnt clear right now if the reader dont know the game.
Other then that it sounds really good, though it might be better to have the connection that bigger bubbles mean more points, so maybe: Harvest the energy of as much big bubbles as you can to get the most points!

I think i will simply add the openfeint integration in the features list.
