Have whatever conditions you want, such as questions, trivia, riddles, hidden messages. It'll work better if it's a factual answer though, and not an opinion, such as why someone deserves it most. But it's up to you, as long as there's no arguing.

To clear up any confusion about gifting:
You must have a credit or debit card associated with your iTunes account to gift. iTunes credit received through gift cards or gift certificates will not work. Also, the person you want to gift an app to must be in the same country as you.
To avoid disappointment, please post offers in the format I listed above.
Everyone is welcome here though, as long as they follow the rules. The more people who join, the easier it is to spread the word about RAoG.
