    • Do promo codes expire immediately when updates are issued?

      I gave out some promo codes for v1.0 of Roadkill Cafe so a site could have a giveaway with them. Update v1.1 came out yesterday, so now I'm curious if those 1.0 promo codes are still good or if I need to send them promo codes from 1.1 so they don't hand out duds.

      they are still good, i think the codes last 30 days from when they were generated.

      Cool. I thought that might be overridden by the version change :)

      Last article I read said it was 24 days not that big a deal but something to watch out for

      Should be good for 28 days, regardless of which updates go through. Plenty of time normally, though I did have someone hang on to my codes for a "contest" for so long that they surely expired before being handed out... oh well, that was just being greedy!
