Nice thread I had a feeling that the end of the world would happen before two major events would occur (of course both related to gaming ) 1) Duken Nukem Forever is released 2) Final Fantasy Tactics is released
3) Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo reveal that they've been collaborating on a super-console 4) SquareEnix and Nintendo release Super Mario RPG 2
The world is ending tomorrow? I though it was in 2012? admittedly I don't read the news, purposely. What did I miss? I feel the urge to go streaking rising.

It's only 4:40pm in New Zealand, but quite a few people have already ascended to heaven. The clouds went grey, then there was a cold chill and then some people started floating into the sky. Most of us are still here. It's bloody inconvenient, because the one's that were driving are now blocking the road.
Money will be worthless if the world ends. Although, in times of crisis, prices usually go up, not down. It's called price gouging. Technically illegal, but difficult to enforce.
I think everyone is waiting for the end of the world that's due in 2012. According to that movie, it looks far more exciting than this one!
