Just stumbled upon this news by random looking through some gaming sites. Looks like they announced this last week. Apparently it look pretty good based on using DW8 assets. I thought it might be a DW1 or DW2 port. I'd rather have the newer games and systems and that'd be worth money (if only premium). No English version announced yet. I used to love this series! I used to play coop all the time, so much fun. Really hope this gets released not too long after the Asian release!
According to PocketGamer (who reached out to Tecmo Koei and got word from some representatives), a Western release is not likely, unfortunately...
I personally just think having a portable DW series is awesome (like Monster Hunter on iOS made me feel spoiled). Carrying it around everywhere with all your other phone goodness is a great feeling. That's unfortunate if they said western is unlikely. Maybe if sales are good they'll consider it. After all, there are English versions are pretty much every DW incarnation. It'd make sense for them to go after the mobile market (not portable console - like PSP).
It's a freemium game if i ain't wrong. It was already on Android for quite some time as far as the game title tells me.
