Greetings. A bit for fun, and a bit as experiment, two different versions of a one touch fighting concept is in the works. The concept is simple. with one finger, touch, tap and hold, and attack, defend, counter and perform super attack depending on your situation. There are 3 attacks each of high, medium and low, but the impact is only visual, just to keep it simple. It is tough to win, and the objective is to win as many times in a row as possible. A few simple moves, where the ai responds to feint attacks or tries to trick you into action... When you 'idle' you regain a bit health and energy, if you mash away you stop the regeneration as well as spending. So, why does it say game(s) in the title ? It is the experiment part. One game will be premium. No iap, no unlock, no nothing. Buy and hopfully have some fun. This game includes a couple of different fighters, and some original soundrtracks as well as some different environments. The other game is set in renesanse Paris, with 2 musketeers fighting for love, honor, France or whatever. This will be a free game, with iad, and not custon tracks or variations. Meant for quick burst of good old fighting games, inspired by karateka, international karate (and later mortal combat), but adapted for one hand, one touch, modern phones You read about this new trend, right here on TA first. If the game(s) gain extra revenue, it will be spent on having more fighters, that is a promise.
Hi, the game engine is pretty much complete. Fast played, perfect for super short burst. No videos, but I could always record some to give some impressions. So for when it is out: this is when the sprites are completed, more or less. It is about 60 frames per fighter. For the kazabar, 2 chars are nearing completion. Both are missing alternative fighting moves (as of now, one high, one low, one medium). Music is done, and the background will be taken from the 'core' game lich tower. The musketeers need all sprites besides the poses, but should require less work as this is more like good old 'international karate' days, same sprite used as both fighters. I'd say completed and submitted within 2-3 weeks (give or take)
