Indie devs Kerberos (same people who made Homeworld: Cataclysm back in the day, and sword of the stars since then) are making a new game inspired by panzer general. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/kerberosproductions/ground-pounders?ref=live if the stars align correctly it will both have 3 (insanely hard if you can judge by their previous work) solo campaigns and asynchronous multiplayer. supposedly platform will not matter and you should be able to seamlessly make your moves from whatever device you have available atm. these guys deserve your support!
