Splatterhouse is better now that controls were recently updated. Any other recommendations?
These ones weren't down to $0.99 like the rest but I picked up these games as I've been waiting a while for a sale for them: Time Crisis 2nd Strike Ridge Racer Accelerated ACE COMBAT Xi Skies of Incursion They're down to $2.99/£1.99.
Wow... that's a tough one. It's not like 99¢ is a lot of money, but I still hesitate to buy this game. I have Pac-Man Championship Edition DX for the PlayStation and it's amazing. I like the bullet-time effect. The crazy combos are lots of fun too. Those minor additions make the game so much better. I'm not so sure that I'd enjoy just the regular version. I'm surprised that the DX version isn't on iOS yet. Maybe the performance would suffer from so many ghosts.
hmm... I have no idea... but I don't see any IAP options in CE, and there's nothing about IAPs in iTunes where the IAPs are usually listed... I did just get it last night though... so there might be something that I haven't seen yet
Pacman Championship Edition is pretty much the only Pacman game I like on iOS, it's got the best controls by a long shot. Yup, you now get the whole game (for a buck on sale!) instead of having to buy the extra mode/missions. I got them both for $0.99 the first time it went on sale and never regretted it. It's got excellent controls and "same-but-different" gameplay.
Pac-man Championship Edition keeps crashing after Namco logo on my iPod Touch 32gb 3G with iOS 4.3.1. Closed all apps, crashes... Restarted device, crashes. Any ideas short of refund?
Not sure what's going on with undeadcow. But I have a 2nd gen and absolutely love Pac-Man Championship Edition. Had it on my 360 and got it when it was released to take it on the go. Hope you work out your issues undeadcow. It's a great game and don't see way your 3G would have any problems with it.
