When I seek out for review sites, most of the time I end up with English speaking sites. But IMO local review sites tend to pick your game up easier. With some help from friends, ASO localization might not be so hard. I'm from Thailand and the the #1 Apple/Mac site is http://www.macthai.com/ ,they claimed 2M user/month. They rarely post game review but they offer ~$300 advertorial article. I don't think paid reviews is good but It might worth a try.
