Promo Code Review Help

    I'm trying to review a game that I got a promo code for... And when I finished downloading the app via promo code and when I wanted to review it on my itouch, it says that I need to download or purchase the app before I post a customer review. Can someone help me out here?

    Did you try rebooting or logging out of and into the app store?

    Yep sometimes you need to wait a few hours, possibly a day and it will
    let you post a review no problem. I realize with some games, you're able to
    post a review immediately, but iTunes works in mysterious ways... :rolleyes:

    If you are posting your review using your iDevice (not iTunes on your computer since I haven't tried it that way yet), here's the immediate fix.

    If the app is currently installed on your device, you can go ahead and write your review and submit it.
    It will give you that error message.
    Delete the app from your device.
    Redownload, you will not be charged.
    After it's done, try to write your review again. Your previous comment should still be there.
    Proceed to submit review and you should be good.
