Over the last 2 weeks I have been testing this and found the solution. When I started the big problem with my high score contests was to make sure the scores are true scores and not change by players using special software. Once I did this I got serious Touch Arcade players to play and test my games. This is a big plus for developers and the players have fun competing against each other to win the cash prize.
