Looks highly polished and fun. Might buy it depending on other good games coming out at the same time.
I looked at the chart that it was camparing to other TD's and I was amazed it looks pretty good I'll be looking out for this.
I'm impressed they came out with a chart showing how they're better than the other TD games. That's pretty well thought out, and I hope the game is as good as the chart.
what is the need for so many tower defense games, i mean seriously first it was the puzzle games fludding in the app store and now its turning into td games..
The other row not included was amount of maps... This seems to be a recurring trend in TD games, a complete lack of maps. Why only 4? So many great TD games suffer from this, and I can't comprehend it for the life of me. Huge 3D games like Caster have more maps and are likely harder to make, TD games just seem like a pretty basic landscape with a grid. It's a damn shame so many TD games lack maps, it's like half the draw of the game.
Sweet, this looks better than star defense imo...i prefer free roaming td games. Can't wait 'til this arrives
Yea if you dont like Tower defense games, dont complain. There are tons of other games and we dont go to their posts saying how much we hate it. This is clearly a tower defense thread, if you dont like it you really dont have to look into it. As for those tower defense fans, variety is good. It keeps developers coming out with new stuff and the players benefit. Win-win. Anywho, looking forward to this and Star defense...err gotta finish the creeps first. and minigore and hardgore coming out, and star defense....heaven
I disagree with this. Making a proper TD map is probably incredibly hard. The issue is the wave balance. Each map will need proper enemy wave balance. It's probably much easier to make another Caster map in comparison. arn
Hej, I'm one of the developers and I'd like to support arn here. Making a balanced TD map isn't only about creating some terrain. We play-tested every map for weeks with our beta testers, to make sure it's playable and fun. That said, you can download new maps in TowerMadness for free with only two taps, and we will be releasing new maps frequently. -- Volker
Speak for yourself. I know of four or so TD games (including this one) that are supposed to be coming out soon, and I plan to get all of them.
well i like tds too so will await this with interest ! there does not seem to be a price mentioned anywhere ? care to give us a clue or is it a secret
