What's up guys? I've been hard at work over the past few months creating FIEND: Addictive Music Discovery ( which I submitted to the app store last Wednesday )! FIEND is a tamagotchi-like digital-pet that's addicted to discovering music; he craves music and without it he'll die! Users feed FIEND by 'DOPEing' or 'NOPEing' 15 second song snippets; DOPE tracks can be synced to a spotify playlist ( I plan to offer Apple Music if / when they release an API ). I'm super excited for the release -- I've made a bunch of things before, but this is by far the most polished app I've ever made. This looks interesting, but is there any point to this beyond Tindering 15 second music clips? Wheres the gameplay component? Social interaction?
