Well there is actually a good point behind it. For instance, if you take a traditional business, say..a computer shop on the street corner. Customers come in, you chat with them, and sell them your product. The app store, like any other ecommerce, has so little human interaction. Though, when you do stumble across one of your customers its almost like you have this odd relationship with them, yet not.
