      I checked the app store for Game Dev Story because of its sale. It doesn't show up when I filter to iPad. It only shows up once I filter to iPhone only.

      Where, if anywhere, do I buy the universal version on the app store?

      There was never a universal version of the game, unfortunately. It has always been iPhone only. Last time I checked it worked fine on iPad in 2x mode though.
