How do I post on the release of a game?

Hello,

I've just today launched a small puzzle game into the App Store. In the "iPhone and iPod Touch Games" forum it looks like all announcements are made using the same kind of "template". Could someone tell me how do I find and use this template. Sorry if this is a stupid question, I haven't been looking at the forums much before.
