I have the DS version (FML) and as far as I know it's also made by Gameloft, I'm sure Ubisot had something to do with it but the first company that pops up in the menu is Gameloft.
I wouldn't say AC is bad. It's certainly overrated though. Blades Of Fury. Such a stupid game, with characters designed and voiced by 14 year olds. Good controls though.
you guys do realize gameloft is owned by ubisoft right? just saying.... But i think real football 2010 was the 'worst' there games are decent...but it just didnt catch up
Gameloft actually isn't owned by Ubisoft -- their respective owners are brothers. And AC is also my least favorite game by them, though I would say that Hero of Sparta is nearly as bad. Castle of Magic is up there, too, because of the iffy controls and poor framerate even on a 3Gs (though the DS version is actually pretty good). @TheFamousEccles: I happen to love Blades of Fury, precisely for the same reasons you hate it.
I respect that. Campiness can be great, but I've become so desensitized to it that for something to be humorously campy it has to be extremely campy.
From playing the lite version, I'm going to say Asphalt 5. There are so many better racers out there, and that one felt more like a bumper car game than anything. The takedowns were really lame too, and for a Burnout-like game, that has to be a big part of the game. Plus, they were so poorly implemented that it was almost impossible to get one. NFS:Undercover was a much better arcade racer. And I don't get why eveyone hates AC1 so much. Sure, it wasn't their best game, and the controls could have used some improvement, but I liked it a lot, both on the DS and on the iPod Touch.
Yeah, I'm with you on that. He's not even on a 1G though, which I could see if he was, since on a 1G it has a crappy framerate, so bad it affects gameplay. I'm guessing it's controls. No one likes the controls, which could have been better, but I think work fine.
