Flight Unlimited 2K16 is now out!

    Hi everyone,

We've been hard at work on the next Flight Unlimited simulator for the better part of two years.

This game has been re-built from the ground up. We're pushing the envelope for what's possible graphically
    in mobile gaming.

If you have any questions, comments, or wishes please let me know.
Your feedback is taken quite seriously...we want to make this the best flight simulation on the market.

    *Update* (December 4, 2015)

I know it would be asking a lot out of an iPad but the more regions the better. Also being able to fly cross country ( LAX to LGA) would be awesome. You would probably have to sacrifice graphics to do it though. More planes and getting started tutorials is a plus. I love flight sims, realism is a key. If your looking for beta testers I would be the first in line.

We try to separate ourselves from the competition by providing highly detailed scenery. The issue with Flight Unlimited Las Vegas is that the city is maxing out the iOS device memory. That's why the city isn't larger than it is. If we use any more textures the game will crash.

The great news is we're developing a special memory management system that will load scenery on the fly in real time. This will allow us to increase the flyable area 100x. We plan on including scenery from San Francisco down to Los Angeles. The memory management system takes some trickery from our developers but I'm confident the end result will be awesome

i remember hearing stuff about FU3 like that it would be set in san francisco and include cars and boats as well. i wasnt too fond of the 2nd idea but just wondering, will this still be the case?

Here's a new screenshot from the cockpit of the LearJet. Each plane will have their own, accurate high resolution cockpits.

Here's a quick screen shot of the cockpit of the new Pitts Special.

This game has been in development for the past 12 months and we have about another 4-6 months to go. We're taking some major steps to make this the best flight simulator available or mobile. This will truly feel like the next generation of Flight Unlimited. Can't wait to show you some gameplay videos.

If you have any questions about features please feel free to ask.

Yes, we'll be seeking beta testers in a month or two.

The game will be available for the iPhone 5 and up, and the iPad 3 and up.

Here's a new video showing off our new Plane shader and graphics features. We're pushing the limits of what's possible graphically in mobile. The graphics are going to improve substantially as we near release, exciting stuff.

Please ignore the choppiness, it runs at a smooth 40fps on the iPhone, for some reason the video capture software wasn't capable of recording it smoothly.

Looks nice but the ailerons are moving in the wrong direction! =P Can't quite tell what the rudder and elevator are doing with all the flutter.

Yeah, the aileron and elevator movement is just a bug in this release, same with the fluttering control surfaces...it's all being ironed out :)
