Using my iphone to track certain events within my house is pretty cool. So the 'Mother' solution grabbed my attention. By attaching a motion sensor to an objects, they can learn how to detect certain motions, temperatures or proximity. eg: Detect a door opening, a toothbrush moving, the fridge door opening or a keyring with a sensor arriving on the property. The sensors report back to a central "Mother" hardware unit and any detected motions can be viewed on an IOS device.
