Hi, can anyone enlighten me on this ?

I posted my upcoming game West Legends here in "Upcoming iPhone Games"

    http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?threadid=177656

Q1: The game is going live on 21th Feb. When it goes live, how do i move the thread to iPhone games ?

Q2: I read in the other thread that the iPad and iphone games are separate now. So it is not against forum rules to post the same universal app at both place ?

Only mods can move threads. Create a new release thread.

    In answer to your questions:

    1. You need to create a new thread (most of the time, someone will do this for you)
    2. If it is a universal app, it is preferable to just post in the iPhone section. The iPad section is mostly for iPad only games. However, it is not against the rules to do so if you so wish to.

You already have your answer, but I think it's important to clarify that, as a general practice, we do not move game threads from "Upcoming" to "iPhone" or "iPad" games. The reason is simple: we want the date of the first post to coincide with the release of the game. Considering the length (and off-topicness) of some of the upcoming threats, it's also a good opportunity to clean house and focus on the actual, released game.
