Firstly, this is in the wrong forum section (best fit for "General Game Discussion"). And to answer your question: it's neither. It's a freemium version (see the 'free+', which i guess is now what gamelofts doing on freemium games).
Yes. You will only get to play the first level or so, and then you'll have to buy the rest of the game by IAP.
