      App info is currently processing and/or the app is not yet fully available for sale on the US App Store.


      Don't know why it went free.

      It is free because of the new IAPs.

      Just used this once to edit a single pic, was there any difference from before or just they added new features as IAP?

      They removed features. The IAPs are to get them back.
